Construction of this project was scheduled to begin in May. As you
know, work has yet to begin. We have experienced some delays
contributed to the project design and we are working with the contractor
to resolve the issues before we begin work. We expect to have the
issues resolved within the next few weeks and will notify you when we
will begin. We still expect to complete the project before the end of
